Adding autoresearch and comlink management scripts

This incorporates two scripts from our Mudlet community scripts repository:

• Autoresearch, which automates getting a list of things to research and researching them
• ComlinkInfo, which appends information about each comlink's channel, encryption, and an optional note when listing them in your inventory

Also, includes some minor fixes to mapping and chat capture triggers.

This release includes a few minor updates to chat capturing triggers to avoid missing some text.

v2.2.0: Preset room coordinates

This release provides some substantial updates to the mapper which allow the game to tell the client which coordinates to use for rooms. This makes it much easier to map out areas with uneven room layouts.

Tracking of which directions you've walked is also a bit smarter, so if you stack up a few room commands, you should still get the correct exits detected between rooms.
