What's Added
- Allow to create and manage single elimination brackets by @LuminiteTime in #23
- Single elimination brackets has the following functionality
- Create brackets with any number of players (not necessarily a multiple of 8)
- Get available matches
- Get all matches
- Start a match
- Complete a match with a score
