We are excited to announce the release of MTB++ version 1.0.0 – an advanced AI-based Mycobacterium Tuberculosis resistance profiler. This release incorporates cutting-edge technologies to enhance accuracy and efficiency in tuberculosis resistance profiling to 3 groups of antibiotics, including Amikacin, Bedaquiline, Clofazimine, Delamanid, Ethambutol, Ethionamide, Isoniazid, Kanamycin, Levofloxacin, Linezolid, Moxifloxacin, Rifampicin, Rifabutin; and 3 antibiotic families including Rifampin, Aminoglycosides, Fluoroquinolone.
