Final Code Changes for 4.x - 5.x will start with a bit of refactoring and completing options long over due.

Final work on 3.x branch, All work going forward still start on the new 4.x branch.

This is the final release of the 2.x branch.
After this the 3.x branch will get merged and tagged, then start of 4.x branch will take over.
