BIRADS Plot

The Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System (BIRADS) is a scheme for putting the findings from mammogram screening (for breast cancer diagnosis) into a small number of well-defined clinical categories. We compute our dataset from UTA 4 by using several tools. One of the most important tools we used for was the well known Plotly. Plotly's Python library is free and Open Source (OS). We set up Plotly to work in our Jupyter Notebooks.

From the Plotly's help page we can read that a Box Plots are used to better understand how values are spaced out in different sets of data. This put us on understanding the methods behind a box plot. The following chart represents our results for the BIRADS related dataset analysis. For this chart sample, we used Box Plot Styling Mean & Standard Deviation.

For a more interactive sample, we publish the plot on our Plotly's Profile Page. Nevertheless, you can also access our interactive source.
