Third release

Major revision of surface evaluation.

• Button to undo last assignment of evaluation scores.
• Add table with considered views for evaluation tasks.
• Add scripts to import dHCP data and to run MIRTK reconstruction.
• Add scripts to select ROIs and best orthogonal view for assessment.
• Take screenshots of selected ROIs for evaluation using MIRTK Scripting module.

Bug fix release with minor improvements

This release fixes a bug in the keyboard shortcut assignment of the scores. It further reads the scores and tasks from the database and creates the task overview and evaluation scores toolbar dynamically.

Second release

In this release, experts are presented with a single screenshot each time taken from a larger field of view. The region of interest bounding box is shown on the full image slice next to the screenshot. The quality scores of 1..5 have been replaced by scores 1..3 only, with an option to discard a screenshot if non-informative, e.g., because it contains mainly background.
