Implemented Breadcrumb navigation

* Breadcrumb component marks a page which should considered in the breakcrumbs
* BreadcrumbNavigation is the component which shows the breadcrumbs
* HistoryManager keeps track of the navigated pages
* Added some ToString implementations for a nicer look
* Added some PageTitle components for a nicer look
