Kethane overlay no longer available

I have the latest module manager and toolbar plugins installed. I can toggle the Kethane UI in map view from the toolbar but it never actually appears. I can't turn the map overlay on because the small Kethane UI window never appears regardless of the toggling.

I suspect that maybe it's just moved off screen and isn't visible? I've looked in a lot of config files to see if there is a variable that can be reset but no luck in finding one.

Apologies for the scant and loose bug report - hopefully it is clear what the problem is.
