Scanning works, also mining, but converters are currently broken. #268

i'm having an issue with converters.
i have this vessel http://imgur.com/h74xF8Q.
I tried every possible configuration. it doesn't work as you can see here http://imgur.com/u7E0foM
i also get this message when i start the game http://imgur.com/QePSeQf

the last pages of the forum are full of people with the same issue. thank you.
