State of Affairs as we approach RC2

There are 122 open issues in the github tracker, and 164 closed issues. We've made a lot of progress and there's plenty left to do! Here are some ways to get involved:

1. Adopt any ticket you like from Github

• Just make sure you add a comment so that we don't end up duplicating work.

2. Help Deyan with the outstanding LaTeXML tickets
3. Help Constantin with the outstanding Editor tickets
4. Simply download the code and run the PlanetMath installation profile!

• This is actually a big help, because there's always a chance I broke something, and it's a good way to check and see if the documentation is complete. If this is successful, here's a small project that would be extremely helpful: Can we fully automate installation? If so, we can do automated testing of point #4 in the future.

5. Pick a "minor" issue to fix. If those are all fixed and you're still looking for something to do, either ask me and I'll create more, or you can pick up a harder task:
6. Some interesting but challenging items are tagged as "feature". Some other interesting and challenging items are tagged "bug".
7. It gets harder still -- I've tagged a few issues as "projects". These would require some creativity or at least some strong technical skills ;)
8. There are quite a few issues that are NOT tagged yet, so if you want to go into the Github site and do what I've been doing, you can add tags for those.
