Launchpad 0.2.0

This version is more polished and adds few features:

• Reduce the line of code from the application
• Add first and last page notes (respectively up and down arrows on the mini mk3)
• Add hold to play mode, allowing to play and stop on the go the sounds
• Add more explanation on how to use or modify the source code

Working launchpad

Remember to use a config.yaml file and a pages folder to make it work. If it don't work, RTFM.
