This project aims to develop a RPA solution using UiPath to automatically scrape all complaints from companies' Şikayetvar pages and process this data using LLM and data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights. The goal is to automate the collection, analysis, and visualization of customer complaints to identify areas for improvement and enhance products and services.
- Automated Data Collection: Scrape complaint data, including dates, texts, view counts, and product information.
- Data Analysis: Identify key metrics such as daily most viewed complaints, most complained product groups/models, and products with the highest recent complaint increase.
- Insight Generation: Analyze customer dissatisfaction points to develop solutions.
The project is currently in the data scraping phase and under development.
