@puneethmeister, I checked/tested in a couple of different tenants, and here's what I see for default values of the bulk threshold in anti-spam policies:

• Anti-spam policy in the Standard preset security policy: 6
• Anti-spam policy in the Strict preset security policy: 5
• Default anti-spam policy: 7
• New anti-spam policy created in PowerShell: 7
• New anti-spam policy created in the Defender portal: 7

Therefore, I think the documentation is already correct. Can you confirm or deny?
