Python Image Resizer

This python script allows iteration through an image folder to decrement or increment image sizes depending on the parameters are provided.

Image Placement

Initially images can be placed into a folder named GivenImages. The output will ,initally, be returned to OutputImages.

Image Percentage Adjustment

To make an adjustment you can change the decimal value in the image_demensions function.
