Linux

To run the Python script on Linux, follow these steps:

Usage

Once the program is running, follow these steps to use it:

  1. Enter the directory path(s) where the files to be renamed are located. Separate multiple directories with commas.
  2. Enter the character or number to remove from the file names.
  3. Optionally, enter the character position to remove and the direction (left or right) from which to remove characters.
