In an effort to prevent future disasters and Azure Click-ops mistakes. I am testing out the bicep templating language for Infrastructure as code.
The Bicep template provided in this pull request reflects the current infrastructure for VOTE on Azure.

I hope to create something similar for all NTNUI infrastructure on Azure in the future 🚀
