The project is to develop a model for employee attrition risk assessment using multiple logistic regression analysis using SAS and Python. The project presents the application for logistic regression model to predict the risk in a BPO company based on the employee dataset by the organization. The data is used to develop the risk equation used to assess the employee’ attrition rate model to enable the organization to employ a more targeted approach towards their employee retention strategies in business performance, decision making, workforce, and talent management etc.
