• Y coordinate configuration settings are now treated as relative to the minimum Y coordinate of the world, which is not always 0 any more. The overworld has blocks down to Y=-63, for example.
• Therefore, in the overworld, a teleport-y setting of -40 is taken to mean Y=-104.
