Removes deprecated port attrs, in favor of using the complete SocketAddress.
Forces h2 advertisement on ALPN via configureSSL. A new API is available for building SSL context with h2 advertisement disabled.
Updates to using netty 4.1.54.
Includes code cleanup, added tests, and other minor improvements.
