Balancing Update

In this update, a few balancing changes were made to the "Web Browser" and "File Compressor" SoftwareTypes.
"Server OS" was removed, you will find this in the next OS Overhaul mod update.

The Hardware Update

This update adds new hardware to the Software Inc + mod inline with the A11.7 release.
