Update from UPDRS to MDS-UPRDS panel?

Hello,

Since we are dealing with the OMOP harmonization of the PPMI dataset, is there a possibility to update the currently available panel of UPDRS to the now commonly used MDS-UPDRS?
Although separate items can be mapped in their majority, total scores for the MDS-UPDRS are not available for mapping in OMOP.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
