I am a new user and trying to build my understanding of the CONCEPT_ANCESTOR table and hierarchies.
When doing some exploration, I saw that several RxNorm Drug concepts don't map to the CONCEPT_ANCESTOR table. Is it not supposed to be all-encompassing? How do you establish a hierarchy for those drugs?
