Addresses issue #1
(Changes only impact windows users) (I'll find solutions for other platforms if I can)

Changes:
-The app will now run in the background without having to rely on chrome being open
-The app will now also auto-detect when chrome opens (may be slow to detect but I'm working on it)
(!!!Only works if you use the custom chrome shortcut!!!)
-You can now create shortcuts for xbox cloud games by using the shortcut builder

Notices:
-For the background auto-detect to work, you must create the custom chrome shortcut with the shortcut builder that comes in the 7z file
-The shortcut builder only works on windows for now
-I will now compress builds into a .7z file for the easy downloading of required files

Changes:
-The app will now wait for a new xbox cloud tab if current one is deleted.

Notices:
-You will need to restart the app if you close chrome.
-If the rich presence is not appearing then close chrome and run the app. The app opens chrome with extra parameters for the app to work.
