Ignore failing tests

Upstream CamSys tests started failing on November 16 2023. All of the tests that have been ignored here are introduced on or after that date.

Also, delete a test that throws some exceptions but contains no assertions 🤷‍♂️

Set git-commit-id-plugin's verbose setting to false
cd8084b 
It was making a ton of seemingly unnecessary noise in the tests. This speeds our tests up and makes it much easier to see what's actually happening in them.
