2019 Update

This release provides updated data from the ENTSO-E Transparency Platform up to 2020-09-30.

Corrected error in German wind generation data

In the previous release, German wind generation was too high due to a alculation error.

2018 Update

• Include full year 2018
• Include total load for DK before 2010
• Include wind + solar infeed for the UK (since 2008) and IT (since 2012)
• Include total load forecasts for from ENTSO-E Transparency
• Change download date filter from UC to CET
• Fix date columns in time_series.xlsx
• Delete the marker column for interpolated values

Include price data

• Include day-ahead prices that were previously missing
• Fix metadata in datapackage.json, including schema under ressources again

2017 Update

• Include full year 2017
• Add hourly load from ENTSO-E Power Statistics
• Label load time series more clearly
• Include appropriate numbers of decimals
• Add markers for interpolated values from ENTSO-E

Include APG, RTE and ENTSO-E Transparency

• Include new data sources:
  • APG
  • RTE
  • ENTSO-E Transparency
• Give precedence to data from the TSO's website and use ENTSO-E Transparency if TSO data is not available or has not been implemented.
