@arnopo and @edmooring:
There are CI setup errors:

  1. arm-zephyr-eabi-gcc: fatal error: cannot read spec file 'picolibc.specs': No such file or directory
  2. Failed to download action 'https://api.github.com/repos/actions/checkout/tarball

Also, I'll update the missed the copyright update.

I have difficulty seeing the objective of defining these macros in libmetal.
Is it only for the application, or do you also expect to use it in openamp lib?
