Implements
BARtype in DMF elements (https://www.byond.com/docs/ref/#/{skin}/control/bar)It looks not great, but making it look nice means doing some RT upstream work, so later days.
I implemented everything except
dirandangle1,angle2which are used to flip the bar and also make it arc. Again, this needs work on RT before it can work.
