Hey Mike, I think as this policy is just about the 01 app it might make sense to put it in mobile? Let me know what you think. We could also duplicate it and change "01 App" to be just "01" — both collect no data so the policy should be the same.

(Reason to keep the og too is for the app review process — this policy link is attached to the submission Kai made but we could change it)

I don't think users looking for a privacy doc would look under hardware/mobile/
when Legal/
is top level. I also don't think duplication is the right move for a policy doc, too easy to have them get out of sync.
I'm fine leaving it there during the app review process but it feels like the wrong place for it to live permanently
