Periodic elements metadata is contained in the elements.csv
file.
To generate the textures, run the generate_textures.py
script as outlined below.
Create a Python virtual environment and install the required packages:
python3 -m venv .venv
source .venv/bin/activate
pip install -r requirements.txt
To activate the virtual environment on Windows, run:
.venv\Scripts\activate
Run the script to generate the textures:
python generate_textures.py
The textures will be generated in the textures
directory.
