the file "enduro.render.xml" should be put in "rendering" folder under "osmand"
To make your life easier configure OSMand as follows to put all its folders at the first level of your device storage:
- from the main menu (the 3 horizontal lines), scroll down to "Settings"
- in "OsmAnd Settings" click on "Data storage Folder"
- choose "Multiuser storage 1", validate the data movement request, restart OsmAnd as requested
OsmAnd and its folders is now at the first level of your "Internal storage memory" for Android
(Android/obb/net.osmand.xxxx) and the "rendering" folder to put the styles is at the level below ;) .
NOTE: if you update the file to a previous version...
WARNING you must delete the old one before copying the new one and worse if like me you have a Samsung with Android 12 you will have to go back to USB charging mode after deleting the old file before going back to USB file sharing mode...
create 3 profiles in OSMAND <span style="font-weight: normal;"
- create the first one by cloning the standard "Driving" profile and name it "big trailbike"
- create the second one by cloning the standard "Cycling" profile and name it "small trailbike"
- create the third one by cloning the standard "Walking" profile and name it "endurobike"
copy the 3 routing files to the "routing" folder under "osmand" on your phone
(same remarks as above when replacing older versions that already exist...)

assign each profile the dedicated routing
configure for each of the 3 profiles created these options
go to "Configure profile"
then "Navigation settings"
"Vehicle parameters"
"Default speed"
and set the "Max. speed" to 90 (or less if needed)
be aware that the lower you lower it, the faster the calculation but the more roads it takes.
(do not prohibit highways or tolls, they are already disabled)
