Forked and ported Quantum-Minigolf

This is a working Windows version of the Quantum-Minigolf. The total code size is a lot smaller than in the original version. My opinion is that this is also better to read.

Update: seems like this runs a little slower than expected in Windows 7 and newer, but it still runs.
