Release instructions.

  1. Create a new service_data.release with specific app_version and translations in MongoDB
  2. Create a scheduled task with the following parameters:
Hook: -
Args: {}
Kwargs: {'kwargs': {'type': 'release', 'version': '0.0.2 test'}}
  1. Specify the release date.
