This repository contains the source code for a web accessibility extension designed to improve the accessibility of web content. The extension offers a variety of features that allow users to customize the appearance and functionality of web pages to meet their individual needs.
- Font Size Adjuster: Allows users to adjust the font size on web pages for easier reading.
- Image/Video Remover: Enables users to remove images and videos from web pages, focusing solely on text and other content.
- Saturation Levels: Reduces/Enhances the color of saturation on web pages, making colors less/more intense.
- Dark Theme: Applies a dark theme for the user , making it easier for reading especially in occasions with minimal lighting.
- Focus Mode: Facilitates navigation for users with visual or cognitive impairments by minimizing distractions through focus mode, allowing clearer interaction with key content.
- Dyslexia Friendly Mode: Changes all the fonts of the page to Arial in order to make them more readable, especially if the user has dyslexia.
This extension can be used on a variety of popular web browsers, including:
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
- Brave
- Opera
- Vivaldi
Installation (or Download from the Chrome Web Store )
To install the extension, follow these steps:
- Download the repository files.
- Open your preferred web browser.
- Go to the browser's extensions page.
- Enable developer mode.
- Load the unpacked extension from the downloaded files.
