Support for the PaperCut Web Services API using .NET Core

Scope

  1. Identify .NET Core xml-rpc lbrary and set up instructions
  1. Update/create command proxy to work with library
  • No chnages required as proposed lib uses same interface and name space (it's a port of the Cook lib to .NET Core)

  1. Add missing API updates to command proxy

  2. Create supporting docs

  3. Create a PowerShell module
