Intercross tracks parental and cross IDs as crosses are made, who makes each cross, and where each cross is made. Cross labels can be printed to Zebra label printers and lists of crosses can be exported to local files. Intercross is part of the broader PhenoApps initiative, an effort to modernize plant breeding and genetics data collection and organization via by developing new strategies and tools for data capture.
Check the user manual and the wiki for usage instructions. If you run into a problem while using Intercross, search existing issues and discussions to see if it is currently being addressed. If you have a new feature idea or want to report a new bug, create a new issue.
