I have already done a preliminary review for you, and I hope to help you do a better job.

Based on the pull request title and the diff, it seems like the only change being made is to bump the Docker image tag for the cloudevents-server in the prod environment. The new tag is v20240228-76-geadd400.

There are no apparent potential problems with this pull request as it is a simple version bump, but it would be good to verify that this new version of the Docker image is compatible with the current setup in the prod environment.

As for fixing suggestions, it would be good to add more information in the pull request description such as the reason for the version bump or any other relevant information. Additionally, it would be good to add a step to verify the new Docker image in a staging environment before deploying it to the production environment.
