Alpha version two, couple of little tidy ups

Fixed a couple of little bugs and loose ends, hopefully this should be a strong test. hopefully...

Feature freeze for release testing.

This is the first build of the Pigrow, everything is now fixed and complete.

Features include;

Install and Setup scripts, photo taking, timelapse, sensor and self-logging, graph making. reddit updating and listening.

I'll be installing it on a new fresh pigrow and testing it over the coming week.
