Prediction mismatch responses arise as corrections of a predictive spiking code

To reproduce the results

1. Download the reposity
2. Make sure to install the poetry dependency manager
3. Run poetry install for poetry to install the necessary dependencies.
4. Run all of the generate_data.ipynb notebook to run the network.
5. Run all of the generate_plots.ipynb notebook to generate the plots
   • This will generate 4.pdf, and mismatch_type.pdf, which are the relevant figures for the paper.
