➕Implement a "Cookie Consent" Popup

Feature Description

Hey @Priyaaa1 @MastanSayyad

I want to implement a "cookie consent popup" for the FinVeda.

• This popup will inform users about the use of cookies and ask for their consent.
• The popup will appear when the user first visits the website and will include :
  - a brief message link to the privacy policy,
  - an "Accept" button.
• Once the user accepts the cookies, the popup will not appear again on subsequent visits.
• The Popup will be on the "Left-Bottom" Corner of the Website, which will not affect the user experience

Use Case

a cookie policy popup on the StartConnect Hub platform to ensure legal compliance with data protection regulations and to enhance transparency and user control over personal data.
