Introduction

VHRanger is designed to prediction the cross-species host range for any given animal viruses.

• VHRanger 1.0 (Tested on Ubuntu 16.04)

1. Prerequisites

2. Install VHRanger using git

Clone VHRanger package

git clone https://github.com/qianguopku/VHR.git

Change directory to VHR:

cd VHR

All scripts are under the folder.
