Again, I have been using and building this version of EFI for a while, and now it's time to release! Quite stable on Ventura, to be honest.

WARNING: Apple changed their graphics stack (maybe) on macOS Sonoma. As a result, macOS Sonoma might or might not output video if you're using an AMD GPU (tested only on RX 6600 XT). As such, your mileage may vary.

In this release...

  • Fixed waking from sleep requiring a second keypress to wake the display.
  • Remade ACPI for BIOS version L2.33 Beta.
  • Updated OpenCore version to 0.9.7
  • Added preliminary macOS Sonoma support. Read the warning message again.

I forgot to set SecureBootModel to Default, so please do that before using the EFI!

This EFI is not plug-and-play. You will need to reconfigure WhateverGreen if you intend to use your supported iGPU. Remapping usb with USBToolBox is also required.

I have also bundled additional kexts (they stay disabled by default) which you can enable to add more features to your hack (for example: RadeonSensor, AirportBrcmFixup and etc). Currently using NootRX instead of WhateverGreen for my main hack, so if you're using a Navi RX GPU, you might also want to try that for better stability!
