• Removed XMPP support and made default notification service type FCM_REST

• Updated targetSdk and compileSdk to 31 (Google Play minimum requirement)
• Updated AndroidManifest.xml configs required by API level 31
• Updated cordova-plugin-firebase to public version (15.0.0-cli), which doesn't have XMPP support
• Updated to use cordova-plugin-intent fork to remove REQUEST_INSTALL_PACKAGES permission which was causing app update issues in Google Play Store
• Updated cordova-media-with-compression to latest version to minimise issues with audio recordings
