FAIR4ML v0.1.0: First release after RDA feedback

This release (second of the vocabulary, but first to obtain a citable artifact) addresses the feedback received in https://w3id.org/fair4ml/0.0.1 from the RDA community.

Please see the changelog for details of the main changes introduced in this version. The vocabulary is now available in https://w3id.org/fair4ml/0.1.0. We would like to thank all contributors who made it possible.
