This first story comes from results from the survey which indicate that most mentors either don't know how they prefer to find mentees or they strongly prefer having suggestions. Jimmy's persona matches that too.

To make this actionable, I think we need to:

• establish how the match is made - would depend on whether we use predefined tags (I would say we do - calls for a story)
• add mockups for the front-end team
