I've read Fabio's Italian language README and it is a correct translation of the original English language one.

Heya,

Thanks for taking the time to contibute to Win11Debloat.

I'm torn on whether or not to include this, as I do see an issue with having to maintain multiple language versions of the README. I personally feel the built-in translation option in the browser is probably already enough for most people.
