OCDS Toucan

OCDS Toucan is a web application to transform OCDS files using OCDS Kit, and to convert OCDS files to CSV or Excel using Flatten Tool.

Features

Create Release Package: Creates a Release Package from several Release files.
Compile Releases: Generates Records from Releases contained in a Release Package.
Upgrade from 1.0 to 1.1: Updates OCDS files to version 1.1.
Generate a spreadsheet version of schema
Convert to CSV/Excel: converts a Release Package to CSV/Excel formats.
