THIS IS NOT FUNCTIONAL AND IS NOT FULLY PROGRAMMED YET THIS PROGRAM WILL NOT WORK AS INTENDED!

Why?

Because I got bored one day and decided to program a package manager.

To-Do

Implement package searching and selection when running sync
Implement downloading and installing the package
Figure out other functions to add to the program e.g. updating
