Add support for all mixin loaders

📝 Description

This PR removes the usage of the IEarlyMixinLoader interface and instead uses Mixins#addConfiguration directly to register the mixin config of the mod.

🎯 Goals

This allows the mod to be used with any kind of mixin. This includes mods like MixinBootstrap and FermiumBooter.

🚦 Testing

I made a build myself and tested it with MixinBootstrap which worked fine.

⏮️ Backwards Compatibility

PR is backward compatible.
