Release 3.0-test

Warning

This release is tested so that it works properly on the PC side (thanks to the eMMC backup). I unfortunately don't have my Lumia anymore so I cannot test the booting myself.
If there is any problem, please open an issue ticket providing detailed information and logs.

Changes:

• Added support for single boot.
• Added support for spec A & 8 GB devices.
• Removed support for Lumia 950 & 950XL.
• Use partition method for spec B devices.
• Vhdx is now created quickly thanks to vhdxtool.
• Removed Tools, PostInstall, BootFix. You are now running PostInstall on Windows 10 ARM.
• Driver Downloader: automatically fetch latest release.
• MANY more changes.

Where 2.0?

Actually there is 2.0 but it had never in a complete state for me to release it.

So why not releasing this one as 2.0?
There are simply too many changes since 2.0 so I want this release to be 3.0.
