This release contains the following changes:
imwip.diffnow understands constant operators- a basic numba cpu backend
- barzilai borwein solvers now support a custom projector operator for enforcing general convex constraints
- bug fix in downsampling (number of cuda threads was wrong for non-square images)
- installation instructions were improved, including an environment.yml file
- more benchmarks were added to the docs
